What's the best way to get more protein? I thought I would be doing great amping up fruits and vegetables, but guess what? They're all carbs!! I can add an egg a day. I have a friend who dumps a can of tuna on her salad--I could try doing that. What are some of your favorite protein boosts?

Thanks for your response. I actually did say that there are a couple of days I didn't log. But in 9 weeks, there are only a couple of those days like that. Also, I'm using an HRM when I exercise (a good one--made by Polar), and so I feel I'm getting a good count of calories burned.

If your body is like mine, it takes about 3 weeks for it to realize you're up to something new. I don't lose weight in the first three weeks of a new regime, but then it starts to drop steadily and satisfyingly. I would bet you're a day or two away from seeing the numbers move. Just keep at it.
