Mine is pretty self-explanatory.

Would throw away the key

I'm thinking... Yes.

Thank you for all the thoughtful replies. :) After my workout on Friday I was just feeling trashed and not sure if I need time off or what. Going to try to figure out what's right for me and my body right now. :)

We have a traditional Finnish sauna in our garage. It's wonderful! No clothes allowed. ;)

After nine kids I'd have to fill a bathtub with the stuff. Lol!

Have a plan that involves small goals that are habit based. And stop telling yourself you "always" give up. :)

You could give them to a local women's shelter. They would be especially interested in nice professional clothing.

At one time we had two cats that we called "brown kitty" and "the black and white cat". Eventually nobody even remembered what their original names were.

Walking is where I started. Pick a goal that you are 95% confident you can achieve. Start slow and easy (and keep it fun!) and build from there. Good luck!

Yep, same here. Supplementing helped me (verified by blood test).

Great minds...! I was able to get a 25# kettlebell today. The swings actually felt a little easier, but that could be from coming off a rest day yesterday. I appreciate you sharing your experience, thanks!!

I developed severe hypertension AFTER losing weight through diet and exercise. No family history or risk factors, and I'm only in my thirties. I've seen a few specialists who have no idea why. Just unlucky, I guess.

So, this has been a lot of fun to add to my daily routine. Have worked up to 25 sets of swings with no problems. :)

Not me, my husband. He went to school and worked 15 years in a job he hated. Now he's a truck driver and still paying off the damn loans.

I put off having my (one and only) wisdom tooth pulled for years. I was in pain daily because of it! Finally got it pulled this year, it was so easy and painless I felt stupid for not having it done sooner. Ask people in your area who they use.

You ladies are fantastic, so inspiring! I did NOT want to do my workout today, just did a quick warm up, goblet squats, swings, and five dead hangs. I've been doing a pull-up progression that starts with just hanging- I'm up from only five painful seconds to twenty seconds in a couple of weeks. So that was fun but I…

I never had any very early signs. I almost always knew to test when I missed a period (or sooner). But symptoms didn't develop until a couple of weeks later.

Nailed all my sets today: squat @ 100lb; OHP @ 65lb; DL @ 175. Next workout B will be all PBs. Super excited! I love adding the goblet squat and Swings to my daily routine! Worked up to 23 sets of swings and had no problems. :)

I don't know if your body works harder, exactly, but you have major hormone fluctuations as estrogen peaks, then diminishes as progesterone rises. Appetite is also regulated by several hormones, and they all interact with each other. I'm absolutely not an expert, but I think it makes sense at least. If you keep records for…

Are you on BC? 12 days before your period could be ovulation, but not on birth control. That's why I ask, not just being nosy. :) If you're eating in a deficit, maybe go to maintenance for those days. You'll lose slower, but you also maybe won't feel like you're starving. Figure out what foods are most satiating for you…

Thank you SS... That's encouraging!

If married sex is like eating oatmeal, you're doing it wrong. Or maybe I'm not enjoying oatmeal like I should. Low sex drive is pretty much to be expected in the year or so following giving birth, particularly if it was a difficult delivery, if breastfeeding, etc. One of the joys of motherhood. I also had problems after…

I guess it will just be a matter of tracking a while longer and seeing what happens. It's never "do this" and "expect that". I should know that by now! Thank you everyone for your input!

Thank you @jessiefrancine for sharing your thoughts. Based on what you said, I will keep at a modest deficit until I stop making gains with the 5x5 program. At that time I will evaluate whether to go to maintenance calories. I appreciate it! :) I've been doing strength training off and on (taking breaks after having a…

My question is regarding results from lifting (currently doing SL 5x5) while in a deficit. What can one expect? Fat loss, recomp, something else? Or should I consider bumping up to maintenence? I'm 6', about 177-180 pounds, have no idea what body fat % might be. Would like to lean out some more. Thank you! (Diary is…

I ask myself if I would eat an apple. If yes, I'm probably hungry. If no, I want "something", it's usually a craving. When it's just feeling an appetite there's usually something specific- some taste or texture that I want. When I'm truly hungry, anything will do. Also, true hunger usually builds over time, while a craving…
