Hi!! Thank you everyone! What I am doing is eating about 1400 calories a day and I try to burn 500-1000 a day, but only 5-6 days a week the body needs to rest. I like to mix up my workouts. Im 5'10" and when i weighed 160 I wore a size 5 pants. Its is crazy how different everyones shapes are!
