How do you calculate how many calories you burned while doing Zumba?

I wish it a simply caffeine headache. But I dont' drink coffee or soda.. Yay for me but I'm not seeing a drop in weight due to less sugar.. I think most of you are right... I'm not eating enough... Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it :)
