I have done multiple mud runs. If you go to the tough mudder web page they training plans posted or at least they used to. Couch to 5K is a great program. Good luck to all on their 5Ks. I am a just finish type of person. After the first, you can start working on running without stopping and shaving time off your next race.

Couples in Ocho Rios was super fun. It has a nude island if you want that aspect and the rest of it is you wear clothes.

I normally run. Currently i am recovering from foot injury and am walking at least 30 minutes a day.

I had the same problem so I just started tracking everything I consumed so I would just get in the habbit of putting everything I consumed in my tracker. Be careful for that King Cake on Mardi Gras...It Got Me!

I'm eating whatever I want as long as I stay under my calories per day. Sometime I work out just to go to happy hour :)

I think you have just the right amount of time to prepare for that marathon especially if your goal is to just finish. I would start training for the marathon but not register untill about 4-6 weeks out. Many of my friends first marathons came 10 weeks after their first half.

I did the original Miami to Key West. Loved it. Would do it again in a heart beat if I could recruit other runners to commit!!!

MFP is set up to where if you meet your goal everyday, you will lose weight. You can do whatever you want with them.
