Change of lifestyle! I am less concerned with the numbers on the scale than I am with the fact that my current eating habits will likely give me diabetes and/or heart disease if I keep them up. It has been a life-long issue for me.

Working on true and total self-love! My final hurdle is how I treat my body...personality wise and how I look, awesome and I love it! But through abusing my body by eating terrible food-like substances, I figured I could never totally love myself if I don't respect my body and health.

Straight up foraged foliage and greens! My friend Paul would often go around the neighborhood and collect edible plans, and make salads out of them, with home-made dressing. They were pretty good, some are good juiced, too!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through caffeine/pop withdrawal last week and the weekend, and one day I felt so terrible I was about to give in. Just don't, I didn't and the next day I was all better. Stay strong! Maybe have some tea if you want some caffeine.

It's not sugar, though. (there is no sugar in Propel) Propel has a list of artificial preservatives and colorings. It's your choice if you want to put that in your body but the question of "is it water" should obviously answered when your "Water" has an ingredient list.
