Perhaps a dietitian would be better to get food advice from? Consider once you lose the weight this time and the program with your bodybuilder is done, how will you eat? IMO it is better to avoid the fad diets and speak to someone who can give you a plan for sustained health.

Good thread :) Well done everyone on your successes! <3 For me, I made it to campus for the first day of the semester (a dreaded math class even), without having bad anxiety. I also did not get a bag of chips as a "reward" for myself/as an emotional boost for making it through the day.

HEALTHY calories in and out. Eating solely cheetos but staying under your daily caloric burn will not really help.... Good luck :)

Are you still losing? Then there is no problem. You have made WONDERFUL progress, don't discredit that because the loss has slowed. Also, 25 lbs in 2 months, once a body gets to a certain weight closer to your target weight, is not necessarily healthy for most people to maintain. Perhaps see a dietitian if it is bothering…

I feel holidays should be exempt from diets. They come only a few times a year, so people should enjoy them. One year I did a "diet" Thanksgiving and I wish I didn't!

You might not be listening to what your body needs. Your body knows the "right" way. Are you able to see a nutritionist? Nutrition and eating right is much more than just calories.

One thing to add, if you have a 'bad' day and overeat, don't feel guilty! Also do not get discouraged if you do not lose as quickly as you'd like.
