You should be ok with that area. A friend of mine didn't have weights when she started and just used filled water bottles. Served her well!

nursing takes up time and you're sitting not burning any calories :) So I think you'd burn faster after weaning.

I understand your frustration but would not advise doing the Berstein diet. I did it 2 yrs ago after pregnancy, lost about 40 lbs in 3 months BUT I also lost a lot of muscle mass (at 500 cal with almost no carbs per day you have no energy to exercise) and also my hair was falling out in chunks and it's horribly expensive.…

It's a DVD workout by Jillian Michaels (the trainer from "Biggest Loser" show). goes from level 1-3 (suggest doing a level at a time for 10 days before going on to the next), 30 minutes a day, high intensity workout. It's a b***h at the beginning but it gets easier as you get stronger.

Diary Milk has a 100 calorie bar - does the trick for me at that TOM. Give me my chocolate and nobody gets hurt. :) :laugh:
