Asparagus...love it. Roasted with EVOO, garlic, onion, cayenne, salt & pepper. Anyone who doesn't like it is a-okay with me...just means more for me. I gladly give up my entire life's allotment of mushrooms in return. =o )

Thanks all, the information here is helpful. My question wasn't related to baking, mostly to portions when eating because a cup of blueberries is incomparable by volume to say a cup of popped corn... it's all just so confusing sometimes. I do have a food scale (not digital) and I do use it, but if I'm no clear on how…
