heck yeah. I just turned 21 last year, and I didn't touch a drop. I've literally never tasted it. Not a door I want open in my life. I've got no problem with people that do, I make a hell of a DD, but yeah.

ugh, yeah thats the worst feeling ever, to look around the room and realize you're the biggest one there. I hate that feeling. Actually, let me rephrase. I HATED that feeling. All it takes is dedication, and time, and you'll eventually have success.

My rock bottom was when I was brushin 280 and started getting too big for my "fat clothes". The most beautiful girl in the world wrote me and told me she was concerned about me, and wanted me to lose weight. 80 lbs later, I don't think I've ever loved anyone more than her.

when I try to only weigh myself once a week, its a struggle during the week, and then when I DO weigh myself, what if it's one of those random bad days? I once waited all week to discover I had gained three lbs, and I had worked my butt off all week. Usually, I'll weigh myself 3 days in a row and take the lowest. Keeps me…

HAHAHAHAHA a really big poop on board. love it

ugh that's the worst. I once stepped on the scale and had gained 5 lbs. I was in shock! But what I've always found is that when that happens, your on the threshold of a breakthrough. That 5 lbs disappeared in a couple of days and took another 5 with it when it left, so don't get discouraged.

Hey, I've lost about 75 lbs, but I started out at 270. BUT my buddy that inspired me and helped me along the way, he started out at 370, and he dropped 130 lbs. it took him about a year of dedicated diet and exercise, but the transformation is night and day. It's doable, and you'll never regret it.
