I did a kettlebell fast class at the gym yesterday which included a squat to oblivion challenge lets just say ouch and still feeling it managed todays 40 however beginning to feel it aching in the knee area. Hopefully i'll complete the challenge tomorrow. WELL DONE EVERYONE!!

I add mine to the cardio section. I burn around 350 - 430 calories per class depends on what weights I'm lifting. Hope you continue to enjoy the class I love it

Have you thought about yoga or pilates as an option on one of the days. This will help with the muscle fatigue and soreness and build on your core muscles and flexibility.
