Can you wear a heart rate monitor while working out to see how many calories you are burning? It sounds like you are active most days of the week and you may be eating too few calories to lose weight.

If you are only eating 1200 calories that you were giving as being sedentary you probably need to change your activity to lightly active because you are now on your feet. You will have more calories to eat because you are burning more than before.

Exactly this. You need to set your goals based on your comfort level and where you want to see yourself. You may get to your goal weight and decide that you still want to lose. Rather than going into maintenance you will keep losing 1-2 pounds per week. Your goals can be readjusted. I think your first goal is good because…
