not an issue with me at all!! its down to each individual person as long as they were kind, loyal and trustworthy id react the same whether they are taller than me or shorter than me, im only 5'4 so maybe id feel different if i was another few inches taller!

i love it :0) it certainly gets the heart pumping and the muscles working (also i like the fact that i can wobble everything in the privacy of my own home lol)

hi and welcome, im pretty new myself (4 weeks) but im finding mfp helpful and the friedns ive made are really supportive and helpful! i agree with the other posts about the scales driving you nuts, try a tape measure to measure certain parts of your body to see a difference, i wish you every success on your journey…

ive lost 13.8lbs in 4 weeks but everyone is different and i think you cant gage your own weight loss on anyone else, just keep doing what youre doing. a loss is a loss right? be it 0.5lb or 55lb good luck with your journey :flowerforyou:

i work in a small supermarket style shop filling shelves (im constantly walking up and down and dont stop until shift is over but mfp states that im burning that much! could their settings be on the high side?? ive only been dieting 3 weeks so im pretty new to mfp but id say walking at a slow pace is what im doing all day

my gp offered me the fat burning tablets but said id need to prove i could lose weight first by cutting out fat....... hmm if i can lose weight myself why oh why would i put something into my body that can cause side effects (the fat has to go somewhere right?) not too sure if thats the sort of thing you meant anyway

hi im 5'4" and started at 319lbs ive lost 11lbs in 2 weeks and im 31 add me if you want to come on this journey with me, maybe together we can get there!! im wanting to get to 150lbs ideally but id be happy with 160/170 too :0)

i try to give support or encourage people on their statuses or goals (its hard to do everyone, everyday though) i dont mind adding strangers either we are all more or less on the same journey. (i think it helps me having strangers as my weight loss friends at least theyre honest with me) i dont understand why people woulnt…
