ok so im into week 8 of my weight loss and been doing well up to now...... ive lost every week it just seems to be slowing down now i lost 0.2kg last week and 0.4kg this week which is the least ive lost.......... im after advice on whether this is normal or if i need to eat more or less, any advice would be greatly…
:brokenheart: ive lost 8kg (19lbs, 1stone 5lbs) in 5 weeks but i cant see a difference :0( i know its a long road and ive got a long way to go i just thought after losing that amount of weight id be able to see a difference. its just making me unmotivated at the minute ..........:sad:
Has anyone tried the dukan diet?? im really sceptical and especially when it costs so much to be "coached" into losing weight
