need advice please

ok so im into week 8 of my weight loss and been doing well up to now...... ive lost every week it just seems to be slowing down now i lost 0.2kg last week and 0.4kg this week which is the least ive lost..........
im after advice on whether this is normal or if i need to eat more or less, any advice would be greatly appreciated :flowerforyou:

    I have good weeks and slow weeks so I try to think long term. If I'm having a slow week I try to increase my exercise and I actually eat more, I try to eat about 6 small meals or healthy snacks all day so that my metabolism is working all day.

    Looking at 4 days I say you need to eat a little more. 1400 a day atleast, and I'd cut back on the processed food too. Also lots of sodium in these probably so could be some water weight. Find when I cook things from fresh I always loose a lot more. Try swapping the cereal bar for oats. Filling and a few more calories and maybe add some more fruit, vegetables and lots of water. Zara x
