I am like you ....I can not have it around. My husband and kids don't need it either as I am trying to Eat Clean for myself and family and the porcessed food is just not good for anything.

I am 5'5", around 160 and my goal is between 135 and 140. Haven't been there for 12 years so can't even remember how that looks on me! Once closer it will be easier to gauge whether that will look good or not and adjust up or down.
