I just started yesterday. My whole body hurts today. I regularly do Jazzercise but running really made me hurt. Hope I feel better my tomorrow and day 2 workout. I am most worried about shin splints. I have new shoes and will make a point to stretch more and see if that helps.

We just had our first strike class last week. I really liked it!! Could really feel it in my arms the next day.

5'4" 32 F SW: 226 CW: 197 GW: 140 Married mother of 3 who loves to Jazzercise but would like to start running, not sure if it's for me or not. I can't to look good in a bathing suit, I've tried "dieting" before but haven't been able to lose and keep it off. I'm actually losing and don't feel deprived. This is my year!!

LOL. I feel the same way this time. In the past when I've tried to eat healthier and less I would be starving all day long! This time I'm able to do it no problem. And it's been almost 2 months I've been eating better and taking care of myself. It must just be the right time.

Add me please. We do planks in my Jazzercise class sometimes and I shake the whole time, it's really hard for me to do. I would love to get a stronger core.

Definitely try it. Jazzercise is so much fun. I've been Jazzercising for 2 years off and on. Great workout also.

By the 1st of June I want to be 35 pounds lighter. I've already lost 10 pounds and I'm looking forward to losing more.

I love Jazzercise!! I have been going for about 2-3 months. I think that is the only reason I've lost weight, I've already paid for the classes so I HAVE to go. I've lost 22 pounds in that time. The songs are great also. I haven't tracked how much calories I've burned but I know it has to be alot. I'm always sweating alot…
