thank you for your taught, i have the same problem, i only eat 3 meals a day no snacks or junk food , i do that too not eat my calories lost while exercizing, i intake on water too as much as 2 lit a day , i only lost 3 lbs since 2 sundays ago , i am doing it right ?

yes drinking hot water is good, the asian do it all the time when they eat, of course they dont drink it with only hot water , they add green tea in it, Green tea help you digest, i have about 120 kinds of teas here from herbal to flower buds,decaf, red ,white and green teas and any other types you can think of
