i can eat up a whole 12 inch subway sub in less than 15 minutes, no wonder i don t go there often

if you eat good and healthy you do not need vitamins

the only times i drink wine is when i am making a nice meal, i go for the red, i love it to much, got to learn to say STOP after the 3rd one, used to drink a whole bottle of the cheap stuff , came from a Vat in the liquor store , was not all that strong tough, Glad i stop doing that .

hello how did you loose 30 lbs in 2 months ?

i tend to buy more that i want to, i do it ONLY in Grocery stores Or Walmart, Funny i write down what i want Before i go shopping and i ALWAYS come back with the Quadruple stuff , Well i dont go to bars or do any fun activity so i let loose in grocery places. Unfortunately that is what is wrong with me.
