it's not really a 'period' question - it's more of a lack of sleep question that was caused by my period.

@Bailey; I would love to take a brisk walk outside, unfortunately it's pouring like no tomorrow..doesn't really help the uncoordinated. :) But thank you for the help none the less! I'll take it into consideration to modify some exercises. :)

thanks for the feedback, and even a fitness instructor(though he said some pretty alarming things that sounded..made-up?) said that its best to have a workout at a certain time because then the body has a chance to adapt. But thanks so much! Now I feel better :)

I would love nothing more than to join a gym, but unfortunately I can't because no gym is walking-distance from me. :( Otherwise I would join in a heartbeat. But I just do home-workouts. :) I just wanted to know if there's an extra "oomph" I can get. So many people recommended me the products but I just wasn't sure. <3
