Hey Sporty it has been a little hard on the recovery week as I have been traveling. I am down a couple of pounds but most important about 5 to 6% body fat. I haven't missed a workout yet but had to switch a couple. Keep up the good work everybody.

Week 4 day 1 I can't believe the results so far. This is so well designed!!!!

I just finnished week 3. The first two weeks were so hard for me, but, week 3 was easier. I was worried about week 3 because I had to travel for work. However, I was able to do the works and felt very good, I was worried that I would be exhausted but I felt really good.

Just finished Kenpo, I love it!!!! I traveled all week and I was able to keep up with the workouts using bands. I still got a good workout. Sunday I start recovery week. Next week I will be traveling again and might miss a couple of days as I have a 30 hour trek. I have a day layover in Buenos Aires so I might rebt a bike…

Week two done!!!! I travel next week so it will be hard to keep up, but, I feel better. I just worry about plyometrics and yoga,

Just finished yoga X wore a heart rate monitor burner 650 calories.

I'm on week two day4 and I can already see results. I just don't think that I can keep up with it. I'll keep trying but it is pretty hard, Your results are awesome!!!!

Week two day three done!!! I seem to be running out of energy. However, I am seeing big changes.I've lost about 3 to 45% body fat and have lost a couple of pounds. I hope I can stay with it.

I just finished day 2 of week 2. Luckily I have a lot of free time right now if not I don't think I would be able to do it.
