When I go out I order a vodka soda with a splash of pineapple. It's a little sweeter then a lemon or lime splash, but not so much that you have to worry about the extra calories. I usually log them at 100 cals per drink.

My sister -in-law makes a yummy banana dessert on the coals. All you have to do is put a whole banana on the coals and leave there till it's warm. Then slice it open and toss in some chocolate or peanut butter chips. Warm, melty, gooey and delicious! (I think there have been microwave versions of this recipe posted on here…

I saw this post yesterday at while I was at work. On my way home I stopped at the store and got the ingredients. Wow, it was delicious! I can't wait till I get home today to have another one. My newest favorite side dish is roasted rutabagas. They have a slightly zesty flavor. Slice them like french fries and toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast them until soft, flipping once. Sweet potatoes are also delicious roasted.
