Funny, I was just thinking the other day how I needed to start working on endurance and such for Zombie preparedness. If you're still accepting, I'd love to join!

I had the same problem! I started at a Tablespoon of sugar per cup of coffee (usually 2-3 cups per day) and am now down to a teaspoon of honey (or real maple syrup) once in the morning. If I refill my cup, I don't put any more sweetener in it (so I usually only have 1-2 cups a day). I just started using a little less sugar…

I tend to throw things in a blender and see how it turns out, so I don't have measurements. I made a delicious Pina Colada style green smoothie the other day. Lite Coconut Milk (about half a serving) Pineapple Banana slices, frozen Spinach, one or two handfuls Water or ice as needed to thin it out. Bland and enjoy! It will…

Check out www.skinnytaste.com. She has a ton of great recipes, some are classics that have been lightened up, some are more adventurous. I have had delicious success with all her recipes!

I've noticed my "islands" in the tub getting smaller. :) Great job on the weightloss! Keep it up!

I love the Maia by Moving Comfort. Make sure you use the sizing guide on their website, their sizes are different than I what I wear in my everyday bras. I also found them on amazon.com for half price, so you might want to check that out, it'll save you a bit or you can get 2!

So technically I'm completing this challenge a little late. I bought a pepino melon yesterday, but it needs to ripe before I can try it. :)

149.6, basically the same as last week, but up slightly. TOM started yesterday so that's throwing it off a little.

Lost 2.8 lbs! Went from 152lbs to 149.2lbs. Yay, I'm finally in the 140s! And for my NSV, even though I'm still sore from my first time cross country skiing Saturday I still went snow shoeing today. It's a victory because I'm actually being active outdoors in the winter. :)

I love cottage cheese in smoothies! It does make it thicker and creamier. Add a little sweetener and you won't notice the cottage cheese at all! Another user posted a recipe for a strawberry cheesecake smoothie that I love! (The link is below.) I don't use as much sweetener as called for, so adjust to your taste. If you're…

Good challenge! I'm going to try and get up early enough to do a beginner Zumba class tomorrow (hopefully work won't go too late tonight). Last night I did 2 hrs worth of cooking and food prep, I had my Ipod on and danced as much as I could while chopping and cooking. It was fun! I'll definitely do that more often.

Ack! The Super Bowl! I forgot about that! But I guess someone has to be the DD, right? Yeah I think I'll still do this challenge!

I love my Kinect!! The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout has been my primary workout for the past year. It has several different intensity levels, workouts and types of challenges. The program is good about scheduling for different types of workouts each week (usually one boxing day, one yoga day, and the rest are cardio…

Well since February is the shortest month, I can probably handle that, although it will be tough!! Count me in! Do you want to start a group or just keep this thread going?

152, I over did it this weekend, but I'm back on track now. :)

Hi! I'm Megan. I live in Jackson, WY, were it's been incredibly cold since Nov. I can't wait for summer to come! I'm currently 10 lbs away from my ultimate goal. My New Year's resolution for 2011 was to reach a healthy weight by the time I turn 30, which is coming up this April. I've lost nearly 60lbs so far and am eager…

I just found this website today, someone else posted it on a different message board. Looks like she's got a lot of vegetarian recipes. http://www.poorgirleatswell.com

Another great whiskey to try in a hot toddy is Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey. Oh my, it's delicious! It's also great with seltzer water and lemon for a cool refreshing beverage on those warmer days.

Hi! I'm Megan, I grew up in Eugene, Or. Went to school at U of O, then started traveling for work and ended up settling in Jackson Hole, WY a few years ago (or maybe I just fell in the Hole and haven't found my way out yet...). Everyday I miss the greenery of the PNW, but the mountains here are beautiful! And as much as I…

Thanks for starting this Challenge! My name is Megan, I would like to be in the 1-5 lb group, and my start weight is 155.2.

Butterscotch schnapps + cream soda = Butter Beer (for all those Harry Potter Fans) Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey Whiskey + Lemon juice + hot water = a new version of a Hot Toddy.

I've actually started thinking of my oatmeal as liquid toast. It's basically that, right? So, once you start thinking of it like toast, you can add just about anything you'd eat with toast. I add kale or spinach right at the beginning, and sometimes I'll mix in a soft boiled egg at the end. The yolk makes the oatmeal more…
