Once you get used to the gluten free diet, as well as the other items you shouldn't eat, you will find lots to eat when you go out... If in doubt, I get a grilled chicken salad and all is good.....

Of course, my husband loves them...But my friend was just diagnosed with breast cancer and may lose hers...So if my husband wants to do "whatever" he does to them, I'm not complaining. I just hope I can lose a few pounds there to make me happy with them....

You need to find a motivation--like wearing a certain size, or weighing a certain weight for an event. My motivation when I was a teen was wearing a bikini...I put it on every day and if I didn't like how it looked, then I really watched my diet. It took me 6 months but I lost 25 lbs. Now that I am older, I am using the 2…

they have a "light" menu section... I had the grilled chicken with honey mustard on the side and fresh broccoli. It was to be a sandwich but I didn't get the bun. Bun alone is 350 calories!!! Check out the menu online and figure it out before you go....

try any sandwich without the bun.....Lots of fast food restaurants have bowls to put them in.. Then it is like a burger salad. Wendy's has a Cheesburger deluxe that comes with more condiments and is really good....Some even give you the condiments on the side...

Go crazy with your imagination. You will be amazed how much of a workout you get with it.... If you have a Goodwill store, or thrift stores,…

Udi's is the best bread I have found. It reminds me of my Grandmother's homemade bread.....If you have a Kroger's grocery store near you, the have the whole line of Udi's products...Near the bakery section.. If you have a health food store near you, they might carry it or they can order it for you....Look in the freezer…

I am 5' 3 1/2". My goal is 120 or below. With menopause, I am now struggling with the extra weight gain. Most of the gain is belly and breast areas. People tell me that I don't need to lose weight but don't see it when I am dressed. So hopefully, by summer the weight will have gone and I can feel good about my weight…
