Cinnamon check is fantastic... Good breakfast with the cinnamon for that yummy taste..... Udi's also has come bagels that are good....Check our their full line.....I have found that Krogers has the line.. Don't know if there is a Krogers near you but you can try a health food store...

Sorry, I was post menopause when I was diagnosed with Celiac....I do know that the combination of menopause and Celiac, I did suffer some depression..might have been hormonal.....

did not work for my husband. And it's not as free as you think.. The trial is only like 2 weeks and then they charge you $99.00... But they asked my husband if he was shaking it on his food after he ate some of it. Apparently, you have to continue to shake it on as you eat.. Not in the instructions... So don't waste you…

Chex has gluten free cereals.. Cinnamon Chex is really good....I also eat Udi's bagels.. Only half for breakfast....There are some gluten free waffles by Van's...

dominos only has gluten free crusts.. They use all the same ingredients and utensils as regular pizza.. I have contacted them about this....Their explanation was the gluten free crust for people who are limiting gluten..
