Exactly, be polite and provide all of the facts. Support is what everyone on here is looking for.

Unless there is something in the food that my husband knows I will not eat (fish is really the only thing I'm that passionate about) then I'll try/eat it.

I did it several years ago and it worked really well. Because I made sure to follow things exact I did feel healthy; however, the draw back is that eating this way becomes boring and soon pieces of bread start popping up in dreams. I lasted about 6 months, and had decent weight loss. It's not something I could have done…

I go up between 5 and 6 pounds every time my period starts. Usually see the weight go up a few days in advance, and immediately starts going down the day after my period ends. I try not to weigh myself during that time.

Ended up doing all the Tues-Sat challenges with the extra set for all days. Also did the individual challenge twice.

Ok my goal for the end of the year is the same goal I've had for the last few months. I want to be at (hopefully slightly under) 230 by that point. I'd also be love to be able to job a mile without stopping, do more ab exercises, and get my whole family eating healthier. Really, I'd love to be able to purchase a pair of…

Ok so I did the first 3 days of challenges, and have lost 3 pounds. Woo hoo!
-
Still at 245 pounds *sigh* hoping to be down to 230 by the end of the month.

I got day 1, 2, and 3 done and lost a pound. I'd love to continue this in October, if possible.

Only was able to do days 1-3 as that's when m y internet came back. Been under calories every day! I did gain one pound, but I'm going to assume that's because of female issues :(

Ok I'm updating for last week as my internet has kept me from logging on here. I wasn't able to log in and see what the daily challenges were, but I have completed 3 5K's and been under calories everyday. I did not lose any weight, but have maintained where I'm at. Really hoping to get a bit lower this week. Glad I was…

So on Thursday and Friday last week I walked four miles, and have done the same yesterday and today (basically every weekday will be that much as I walk my daughter to school). I thought I only lost a pound, but weigh in today said I'm down from 246.5 to 245!
-
Holly I'm going to have the kids do that with me tonight!
-
Alrighty, starting weight is 246.5. By the end of this month I would like to be in the low 230's. We'll shoot for at least 232.

I'm excited to start my first official challenge

I'm trying to get in shape for a hike in September, thinking of starting by putting a lot of weights in my backpack and walking up some hills around here.
