I exercise and also busy myself in the kitchen. I've always loved baking, but now I have been tinkering with HEALTHY stuff, everything from granola and raw bars to vegan muffins :) - it helps to have a sort of tasking for my nights when my anxiety strikes.

I measure every week - but I weigh every two weeks...it's a way of avoiding my t.o.m and having it affecting me lol

The other night I mixed Lowfat Vanilla yogurt, dried cherries and crushed nuts - tastes pretty dang good...perhaps if you added banana and some dark chocolate you could freeze it?
