You guys rock! I was seriously starting to freak out about it, you definitely made me feel better :) ALSO I need the cheesecake recipe!

I had to take time off of here because it literally took up WAY too much of my life. I am better now and will be logging and talking more :-)

Definitely be careful with working off what you eat...I got in the habit of doing that (netting 400 cal a day) - I now am having a LOT of trouble losing weight again, and have to see a counselor (nothing wrong with it - just thought I was done with that phase...) Good luck - and never be afraid to ask for support! <3

First off, none of that sounds stupid at all. You may find that you gain a few pounds while your metabolism resets. Mine did the same things when I upped my calories at my doctors suggestion. As for suggestions, keep up fluids, eat as clean as possible - try to avoid overly processed foods (basically if you can't pronounce…

Lol - yeah, I had to explain to my mum not to do that!

Alright I finally figured out my costume. It's a character I am somewhat familiar with and like. My only problem with deciding was that I am still not comfortable with my body and comic book characters don't wear a whole lot of anything...maybe next year I can do one I really love, but this year I am going as someone I…

Also, has anyone tried the whole eating-like-you're-at-your-goal-weight-already thing??

bump. I am going to clarify this with my dietitian when I see him on Monday (for the first time :S) - but if this is true it could explain a) my plateau and b) my grumpiness if I am not getting enough!

Okay, I am understanding that people are telling me to cut my carbs. But I don't really understand how to go about it. Any suggestions?

wow. A lot of you seem to be thinking that I need to be seeing a counselor or something. I agree that I have issues with my weight, but I didn't think that it was THAT bad. Again, thanks to all for the advice.

Thanks everyone who responded. I know that they weight didn't go on overnight, and I know that this is definitely a self issue more than a weight issue. I have been referred to a dietician by my doctor and he is going to help me go about this in a better way. Thank you all for your thoughts and input. I will try to up my…
