I have to be careful with Vitamin C and Calcium because both can cause kidney stones and I've had kidney stones too many times to count. I still eat way over on my Vitamin C in fruits, but never take supplements with it and I seem to be doing better since I started eating healthier and stopped drinking sodas.

I have the same problem with some of the "healthier" snack foods. My new rule is that if I can't buy it in a single package, I don't buy it (that is for snack foods that I like too much only). I just don't have the willpower to eat just one.

I teach band. I've been teaching music for 6 years now. Super busy job- I get to school at 6:30 am and leave after 6 PM most nights plus work on a lot of Saturdays. I'm continuing to struggle with the balance so I can make me more of a priority.

Use a smaller plate so you trick your body into thinking you're eating more. Pay attention to plate presentation; if it looks pretty, we naturally enjoy it a bit more.

The knee and below only; I don't have hair on the upper part of my legs. I'm sure there's some hair, but I tried really hard to see it and/or feel it and I can't.

Another big factor is how many calories you are eating versus how many calories you are burning.
