Working out when you're sick
Do you do it? I honestly feel like crap, but I've been sick off and on for the past 2 weeks (first a kidney infection and now I think I have the flu). I've been told to take it easy, but I also don't want to lose momentum (I already feel like I've lost some of my momentum).

What is a good sports bra for a larger-chested woman? I have been using a cheap one that doesn't seem to be doing much for me. As a matter of fact, I wear a regular bra underneath it to add more support. I would prefer something either with an underwire or something with that kind of support.
