I also eat PB by the spoonful. I used to go through a jar per week. So, now I only let myself by it every other week. So, I still eat too much of it, but only every OTHER week lol

I do P-90X! If you commit to each workout, gaining muscle is unavoidable :)

Logging EVERYTHING, even down to the condiments, even if it puts me over my calories for the day.

I do my regular workout, and just make sure to get ahead of the cramps by taking ibuprofen before the cramping gets too intense and drinking lots of water.

5'0 tall SW: 185 CW: 120 I tend to eat between 1200 and 1600 calories per day. I workout for 1-1/2 to 2 hours per day doing weight training and heavy cardio. Usually, MFP has me at between 300-500 calories left for the day.

I love baby carrots, fruit, pudding cups (tried to love yogurt, but simply cannot stomach it), KIND bars (low sugar content, unlike lots of other protein bars), and peanut butter sandwiches.

I plan how many calories I'm going to burn by what I plan to eat that day. For instance, if I know I want Chinese food on Saturday night, then on Saturday morning, I'll workout for like 3 hours...

I'm 5'0 and 120 lbs. I'm very happy at this weight. I'm small up top; I carry all my weight in my hips and thighs.

I do both! You can make them both enjoyable in your own way. For me, my music is everything and makes both options good to me.

I'm doing X3 right now, and I love it. It's a nice variety of different workouts that really do yield great results. I did two rounds of P90X before going on to X3, and I don't feel like I'm missing anything.

I like knowing how much I have to "spend" and how much I need to workout in order to "afford" a certain food. I love the options and control!

I'm 5'1 And 125. My mfp calorie allotment is 1330. I workout 8-9 hours per week.

Turkey is a good option. One thing I love to do is stock up on my frozen vegetables. Then, some nights instead of a salad, I do a quick saute of the veggies with a tiny bit of soy sauce and lots of seasoning. Also, if there is room in your budget (there is none in mine), you could try out some healthy seafood options for…

Remember the benefits of exercise, and remind yourself daily why it needs to be done. Maybe find some reaffirming mantras to help you get through them. For example, "Work out like your life depends on it, because it does." Good luck on your journey!

I actually did two rounds of P-90X , and I loved it! Just like most workout programs, it will work but only if you stick to it. It will be difficult at first, but if you give your best to each workout, over time the exercises will become easier and you will begin to enjoy them more. I lost about thirty pounds, going from…

I'm in week 6 of X3, and I love it! It really is a great workout for just 30 minutes. Good luck, and have fun with it!

A good sized salad with lots of different veggies and a great vinaigrette, baked potato (medium sized about 200 cal) with fat free sour cream and chives, and some form of lean meat. I like turkey sausage (2 oz. = 100 cal)! And you can use the rest of the calories for something sweet!
