I am 5'11" and weigh about 200 lbs. My calories for each day are 1570 and it use to be a little more, but once I added weight loss is dropped. I always try burn around 400-500 calories exercising daily, so I can have a little cushion for the occasional sweet. How about yourself?

I know this is an old topic, but I participated in the Bataan Memorial Death March last year and it was a great experience. Granted, I did not run it but I rucked it as a team in full uniform with a 45lb ruck sack. It was brutal, but our team completed it. I have the Soaring Wings HM scheduled in October that I will be running. I am also looking for a full marathon to run, but that will towards the end of the year. And I plan to run the Little Rock Marathon in 2015.
