Day 4 of running 1 mile and 30DS done! It's about 90 out here in SoCal so I made sure to drink TONS of water throughout the morning in order to stay hydrated. 26 to go! I feel amazing. I love my motivation!

Just a 1-mile run followed by 30DS L1D2. Holy soreness! So glad I did it. Can't wait to get back at it tomorrow!!!! I am going to be so sore when I wake up but it will be worth it in the end!

Awesome on getting it done today! I'm sore from yesterday but not enough to not do my workout. Once my food digests properly I'm going for my run and doing the shred!

I bought a wall calendar and write down the days I'm set to run and to 30DS. I'm giving myself 1-2 days off a week from running but want to aim for as many straight days of the shred as possible. I'm in! I started it today and I am SORE! I did a 1 mile run and then came home for the shred. I am not playing games with my weight loss goals this time!!!!
