Based on what you said in your post, i would agree with tricia, hire a Personal Trainer, and let them get you started, last thing ya wanna do is fart around aimlessly at the gym, and worst case hurt yourself. Good Luck!

I log the day of my cheat meal, but not the meal itself... sometimes if i can i will, but for the most part i just enjoy the crap outta my cheat and dont worry about it...
