I have started lifting heavy, which is awesome. I think that's what my focus on changing is. Everyone says that I will see a noticeable difference in lifting and I want to see it now.

I like the sandwich method c: And I probably won't look at the mirror. It makes me..nervous.
-
My sister and friends tell me to do this, but I just can't keep it consistent >< I always somehow find something negative to point out..

The one thing I love about myself are my legs..

I don't own a bikini, but I want one, one day. I just. Merp. I guess I don't want pictures to be what reminds me. I just want to see it? i don't know if that makes sense.

1. Got off my lazy *kitten* and went to the gym this morning 2. Saw my friends unexpectedly at the mall and had fun c: 3. Instead of eating Burger King for lunch, I went to Mickey D's and got an ice cream cone (Low in cal, believe it or not) 4. The new sports bra I bought (which I couldn't fit into last year) fits…

I'm 5'3.5 c: I've lost 51 pounds in the last year and about 4 pant sizes ^-^ My goal is to be a size 8. I don't tend to go by what the scale says.

No one has ever had this experience?
-
Thank everyone. I know you can't spot reduce :p I don't have a band, so I guess i'll do negatives

I love swimming. that is my cardio of choice (: Iommi4- I had a trainer to help me with 5x5 for a while, but it got to be expensive. I've been doing it inconsistently for about a month or 2 now. (:

i follow the classic StrongLifts 5x5 regime with some of my things thrown in So in addition to the SL work out, I do oblique twists, core exercises (like sit ups, reverse crunches, planks, etc), leg press, and rows I usually alternate lifting days and cardio days and take a break on the weekend

I've thought mine through. I'm hopefully getting 3, but one is religion (Oh the irony for the lord shuns body modifications). I'm getting a cross on my foot when I get the money (my first one) Then I'm getting 2 quotes. One on my ribcage or shoulder, and one on my pelvis or bicep. These are the quotes I want: "From the…

You look marvelous, as well. And I know slow and steady wins the race.
-
I'm attempting to do that by eating well and lifting. And some cardio, but not much.

I know you all can do it, too!
-
Thanks all c:

xD I'm bad at math. Thank you. And thank you everyone else (: I've been lifting a lot more than I thought <3

When I reach my goal to wear I can pull off a bikini, I'm getting song lyrics on my rib cage and I want another quote on my pelvis or bicep. The song lyrics are (I want these on my rib/under my breast): From the place I was, to the place I am, to the place I want to be For the mountains I've been climbing over and under…

Thank you all so much. Also, I almost fit into a size 11 pants :DD Today just keeps getting better and better. I'm chowing down on some delicious corn chowder, planning what I want to do tomorrow. Thanks for the support you all

Thank you everybody <3 I'm gonna pair it with cardio, preferably swimming. I didn't finish my work out today, which sucks, but that's okay. I ate salmon and salad today which made me happy. (: thank you everyone

Wait, so when I hit that stopping point, I increase my cal deficit to break past it or I keep it? o: Thanks for being so helpful, btw
-
Oh okay. So what i'm doing is good for me, then. I'm trying to lose body fat. thank you (:
-
When you all say "good diet" what do you mean? I have a 1400 calorie deficit. I try to stay within that. And I try to limit fast food and stuff, though I do eat a few processed things like oreos now and then. Is it okay to slip up a little once and a while? and when eating well, is that for being within the deficit or what…
