Alright, thanks everyone. I've managed to maintain a deficit (I finally invested in a food scale, though I can't bring it in the dining hall. Well, I could but I look stupid. Thank you! When I realized I had hit 191, I ignored my calories for 2 weeks. i just didn't count and ate what I wanted and noticed a 6lb loss (from 197 to 191). I have to go on a serious cut now but I've started doing more cardio. (: Strict strict diet. Blech.

Oh I predominantly weight train. I just have the color run 5k next month. After my 16 minutes today, everything was burning and I was hot as hell. I thought I was dying.
