  • My favorite and from which I have gotten the best results from is P90X. I also drink Shakeology once a day along with it and go for walks on nice days. I love it but it is hard at first.   • Sorry, but there is nothing that can compare to Shakeology. I know it is expensive but it is uncomparible to anything out there. Protein powder is great, but not even close to the ingredients in Shako...
