Congratulations! I am back at MFP due to regaining the ten pounds I lost last time. Once I lose the extra weight again, I also plan to consciously use this site for maintenance. Please keep us up to date on your journey!

You should be able to freeze any yogurt just fine. If you wanted, you could fill an ice cream maker about 2/3s full with yogurt, run it, and have frozen yogurt. I have to admit, though, that I haven't tried it with the Greek yogurt - they come in such small sizes! Good luck! Melanie
