  • Congratulations! I am back at MFP due to regaining the ten pounds I lost last time. Once I lose the extra weight again, I also plan to consciously use this site for maintenance. Please keep us up to date on your journey!

  • You should be able to freeze any yogurt just fine. If you wanted, you could fill an ice cream maker about 2/3s full with yogurt, run it, and have frozen yogurt. I have to admit, though, that I haven't tried it with the Greek yogurt - they come in such small sizes! Good luck! Melanie
