I joined PF back in January and love it. I really wish it wasn't a 20 mile drive one way tho!!! I have my fingers crossed that one will open closer to my place.

OMG!! Yeah- my BF is the same way. Punk. He is about 6 foot ish...and weights like 160 (skinny as a rail) and can eat whatever, whenever he wants and have to work at gaining weight. You are totally right!! A goal weight is great, but if it is less than your body's Ideal weight...it ain't gonna happen....know what I mean? My body might not let me get back to 100-105 now that I am in my 30's...it was no problem to maintain 12 years ago...but my body has changed, and my hormones are waaay different now…

I am 4'10" and aiming for 100-105, as I have a very, very small frame. I am 152 now (down 4 since Jan 1st!) It's been tough, my metabolism has been in hibernation mode for about 3 years thanks to some meds for a condition...but I am off and since I went off I am FINALLY starting to lose rather than gain!

They changed the date...but I am IN! Me and a few of my Team in Training peeps are planning on forming a team. I CAN"T WAIT! Couch to 5k is good. Listen to your body. I went from couch to half marathon in 5 months...and it was good, but I ended the race with serious IT band issues...so just listen to your body.
