  • Hello ladies! My Name is Krysty and I am due with #1 on October 23rd! A little bit about me... I am a SAHW, blogger and crafter. I am really excited to connect with other Mommies-to-be! After being told 3 years ago that I would probably never be a Mom, seeing a positive test after a year of negative tests was the last…
  • I write about it on my blog (www.little-runner-girl.com). Plus I am doing, and planning the next, 3 week challenges to focus on specific areas and challenge myself to push harder. Right now I am doing a "Big Booty Challenge" and am in the 2nd week. My actual weight is not going in the right direction, but I am eating right…
  • I am in the US. I have my training schedule posted on my blog: www.little-runner-girl.com. I like to do more strength than cardio, but you gotta change it up! Good luck to you too!
  • ME!! I started Oct 1st, but have been a TOTAL punk with my eating and workouts. Getting back in gear this week.
  • I have several friends that have used it and love it. Yes, it is expensive. But...it is the quality of the products that you are paying for. Sure you can go to Target and get a $20 canister of protein powder...but do you read the label? It's crap. :noway: And I don't want to put crap into my body. And I am not the biggest…
  • I am headed for Texas on the 4th, and will be back on or around the 16th. But I have Team in Training kick off that night so I wouldn't be available that night. Shall we just say no meeting in April and set a date at then end of May?
  • Wonderful! I love trying new foods! Does someone want to be the point person on this? Thanks!!
  • Anyone willing to organize this months's meet-up? I am more than happy to if no one has any restaurant ideas! Let me know!
  • When I started dating by BF of nearly 3 years, he told me right away. They weren't happy, and she chose not to make any effort to continue the relationship. It ended, and then a few years later he met me. We have been together longer than they were, including the marriage. He also told me right away that he had no interest…
  • You guys should do an "On da' range" group and get together with other Northern locals!! It was fun! I just wish more people had turned out...next month folks! The food was wonderful!
  • Our first meeting is upon us! I will try to be at The Good Earth a bit before 6 so that I can get a table and all that. I am headed to the gym right now, and since the restaurant is closer to the gym than home...I will not be back at my computer, but if you need anything, questions, directions etc please email me…
  • Hi folks! So tomorrow is our frst meet-up! I am excited to meet you! I will make up a sign to put out on the table. It sounds like it might be a small group...and that is ok! Hope to see you all there!
  • Hey folks...if you could give a yay or nay for Wednesday the 28th at 6-ish pm at The Good Earth in Edina...that would be great! Let me know my Monday evening so that I know we have a group going! Thanks!!
  • Feel free to add me. I see that others have posted that they don't know how to add people: Under comminuty tab click find members. If you know the username of the member you'd like to add copy and paste it in the apporpriate field (I can't remember what exactly it's called) and click search. their profile will come up and…
  • Ok folks, so the date range I have in mind is Wednesday March 28th or Thursday March 29th. I have chosen The Good Earth in The Galleria in Edina. The Galleria is right off of France. In between 62 and 494. I figure that is a good central location for a first meeting. During dinner we can set a schedule of who will be in…

  • It's because lots of the chicken we consume has added growth hormones in it, to make "more" of it, so the meat/food industry can make more money. That growth hormore...it also makes your butt bigger, and your belly bigger, and.... well you get what I mean.
  • luck you  ...I have had these...ga-zungas since I was 10...I woke up one day as a 28B...yeah they don't make those. :noway: Today I am a 34DD...I want to go back to a small D or where I was in college 32C. It is so much more proportionate for me (4'10")
  • Boom. What she said! I have weeks like that too. I will "recycle" the same 3-4 pounds for about a week, then they are gone and do that little dance with a new set. First it was 154-156, for like 3 weeks. Then 149-151... Your body doesn't immediatly get rid of what you burned the day before. But what has worked for me to…
  • Yes, that is the plan...shooting for the end of March. I will post a date, or dates and see what works for everyone once I figure out where!
  • I thought it was too...however I have confirmed that this is in fact OK with a friend of mine who is well versed in weight loss, a certified personal trainer, and a figure competitor. I have seen her transformation and she knows what she is talking about, I trust what she says. Sometimes I do go over the 1200, but not very…
  • No, you can drink it whenever! I just prefer to drink it at night, since that is when my snacking is the most out of control. Having something a bit sweet before bed curbs my bedtime binging. :drinker:
  • First, water. I also drink green tea in the a.m. and then a detox tea at night before bed, I love The Republic of Tea's "Get Clean". You will pee a few times at night...but you will also see a difference. You need to flush your system. Case and point: I ate a ton of fried food this weekend and too much salt. 11 bottles of…
  • While my scar is in the same place, it's not for the same reasons that you all do... I have no feeling from my belly button to about 2 inches under the scar. My incision was slightly below the "hair line". My abdomen still looks a little puffy, and the scar is very sensitive to the touch, and it's been 2 years in March…
  • Exactly! I have been avoiding eating out because I have to give up control of my food, and it's preperation. But tonight is a date night and I am determined to be good! :drinker: I would love to have it be a learning experience, how to choose foods and order the food in a way that is healthy for our own individual needs. I…
  • 5 miles in 18:08. WOOT!
  • OOH! Finally a bike challenge!! I am IN!!
  • If you have access to a mini fridge and microwave you can eat super healthy! Dorm living is hard, but it can be healthy!! I love the egg whites in a carton. 3 tbs, some veggies and a dash of shredded cheese, 1 minute later you have an awesome egg white omlet. Well under 300 calories. I usually will add a slice…
  • Oh awesome!! Thanks for the suggestion!
