I'm 5'2" and I started in April 2011. My progress last year went real slow because things kept popping up that would prevent me from being able to workout regularly. I've lost the majority of my weight since the beginning of 2012. I think I've lost about 50 lbs since January.

My energy level is crazy now! Especially after a workout. Love it!

Hey there! I'm 30, 5'2" and I began at 220 lbs. I'm not sure what my starting measurements were, but at the beginning of 2012 my waist was 38" and my hips were 45". I'm currently 147 lbs and my current measurements are W: 31.5" and H: 39.5. I started off using the Xbox 360 Kinect with EA Sports Active II and The Biggest…

Oh, you're absolutely right. It requires continuous exercise to continue to see your number drop.

Considering the diet the OP is on, it's 100% possible to lose that amount of weight in a very short amount of time. It's amazing how much your body changes once you take away certain things from your diet. My girlfriend and I began Whole30 (or paleo, basically what OP is doing, but included limited amounts of fruit) at the…

People really underestimate what the workout games are capable of. They can help you achieve your goals as long as you're serious, but that's with ANY type of workout routine. Plus, the consoles keep on giving if you enjoy things like playing video games, watching movies through Netflix and HBOGO, listening to iHeart…

My girlfriend and I began working out using the Xbox 360 Kinect with EA Sports Active II, moved to The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout and then started doing Zumba when we were able to get a gym membership. I started at 220 lbs and she started at 310 lbs in April 2011, I'm now 147 lbs and she's 206 lbs. We each lost a…

Since the research is offline, please site your books, papers and studies so that our other classmates can research and education themselves on the subject. :)

So it's your lesbian mom's fault that you didn't know how to be treated in a relationship? Well, then, I it's my straight mom's fault for making me believe that a woman's role is to be treated like **** by their partner. I mean, she did stay with my alcoholic, cheating dad that treated her like she was a piece of crap 24/7…

I've watched the show and kind of enjoy it, but I could NEVER share my girlfriend with someone else. But, as long as consenting adults are making the choice to be in nontraditional relationships, who cares what they do? Some people do well in plural relationships, some people don't; to each their own.

Always.

Also, if the bar has cherry flavored vodka ask for it mixed with diet Coke. Tastes like a cherry Coke. I've noticed most bars carry the UV cherry vodka, at least they do where I live. It's 90 calories a shot.

Vodka + water + Mio = Low calories and a delicious drink Have a fun night out!

Try Whole30; nothing but meats, veggies and fruits. I'm on day 11 and feel fantastic. Read more at http://whole9life.com.

Yep, but I try not to let myself get out of control. It's rare that I'll even break 2000 calories on my cheat day. It hasn't hindered my weight loss journey at all.

Best: I'm a fan of just about any type of soft serve frozen yogurt. Most Unique: Green-tea ice cream at Soy Noodle House in Augusta, GA.

I don't have any guys on my list, but... 1.) P!nk 2.) Megan Fox 3.) Michelle Rodriguez

It's absolutely possible! I usually average about a 7 lbs loss each month. Great job and keep up the good work!

I read that a few days ago. Great read. It amazes me that they've tried to disguise this as a freedom of speech issue, though. http://www.dumpstarbucks.com anyone? Come on. Where were they when Starbucks practiced their freedom of speech by publicly supporting marriage equality? Oh, that's right, they were too busy…

I've been wondering the same thing! I haven't ate there in about a year, either.
