good morning everyone! and Happy friday! I've been good this week -- walking when i can't get to the gym, packing my snacks and choosing wisely. staying attentive to everything i'm eating. yesterday I stepped on the scale and it looks good! i'm excited to be back on track again! have a great weekend!

happy wednesday! i've done well today and yesterday and have honestly logged all of my food! i'm feeling really motivated with this group and appreciate the support. what are some of your biggest obstacles to losing weight? And how do you deal with it?

I would love to join in as well! I'm 42, live in Pittsburgh and have yo-yo'd for far too long! I hit my highest yet last summer and managed to lose 10 lbs, but haven't been able to lose any more than that. My issue: sugar (cookies specifically). I contemplate 'detoxing' from sugar, but that means I have to give up coffee…
