I did get ripped in 30 and from what i seen it looks pretty good , its a 4 week program , I watched week 1 yesterday than tried to watch week 2 and the dvd just kept freezing, i tried it in diferrent dvd player and computer and still the same so i guess its a bad dvd im so mad, i onderred it online and cant call them til…

I did nmtz today-i know should be level 2 today but i had to switch today for tommorows workout and tommorows workout today as I will not alot of time tommrow so will be easier to do level 2 tommrow, thursday back to schedule-just had to do a switch up-lol Hope all u ladies are doing greattttttttt
