clean eating protein banana loaf 2 medium bananas (200g) 1/8 cup (22g) of coconut flour 3 whole eggs 2 egg whites 1/2 cup (46g) of oats 1/2 cup (54g) of Banana Whey Protein 1/2 cup (105ml) of milk (any will do) 1 tsp of baking powder flaked almonds to top Blend together and bake at 160 for about 40 minutes in a silicone…

the gym is probably more accurate if it's measuring your heart rate, what you really need is a heart rate monitor with a chest strap for the most accurate reading x
