I ONLY do HIIT cardio - 30 sec sprint, 30 sec rest for 8-10 intervals usually .... LOVE IT! Love my results =)

I'm 5'2 1/2" and 135. I eat 1800-2200 cal/day and have been maintaining my size for a couple months now. I'll start cutting soon for vacation and will be eating around 1500-1800 cal/day (clean) and watching my carb intake. I also perform cardio 3x week & weight train 4-5x week. Oh measurements: 32-27-37

I agree. Body fat % is a much more reliable way to determine if an individual is overweight or obese. BMI is a calculation and leaves much room for error (clearly).
