Hi, i am about to restart meta omni this week. I did it once at the start of this year but then stopped sooooo here we go again! It was a killer the first time and i'm really not looking forward to re-starting those dang leg exercises. I love the arms and abs and often add extra reps from her original mat dvd but those…

Loving this thread for motivation! Great job!

That is amazing!!! Congratulations, you must have really put in the hard work and deserve those results. How far are you running? Do you do HIIT training or just regular runs?

Day two of level 3 and it was those damn rockstars that nearly killed me...OUCH!!! Jillian may be an evil genius but what does that make me for putting myself through it?!? The official countdown is on though. Any ideas what routine you are going to do when we're all finished? I was thinking of still doing the levels a…

Done, woohoo! I found some of the moves were harder than level 2 but I feel it was less repetitive and a LOT more fun! I dreaded doing it everyday of level 2 but found it much easier to get through it this morning. Can't keep up with those jumping lunges yet and those sumo squats are a killer but I can see the light at the…

I'm now on my second round (I got to day 15 the first time and then life got in the way!) and it is WAY easier this time. I can't believe how quickly my body has adapted and I find it much easier to not only keep up, but to really push myself. I agree that some light cardio afterwards really helps...if you have the time. I…

I'm trying to do it everyday...fingers crossed. The 'only 27 minutes' thing is a really good motivator for me to get it done every day. I also made up a colour-coded calendar and stuck it on my fridge to keep me honest too! I can't wait to do my next measurements...trying to hold off till day 10 so I will hopefully see…

Day one done! I am also doing some zumba and HIIT running along with 30ds. When I mix these in it stops the DVD feeling so monotonous. My aim is definately to get it done every day for 30 days...the results from the people who have achieved it before are amazing! I'm not sure when all of these extra inches snuck on but…

Hi, I started 30DS for the first time a few weeks ago and was rubbish at the cardio for the first 3 days...I was close to throwing up on day two (didn't help that our heater was on high!). By day 4 my stamina had increased sooooo much and by the end of the 10 days on level 1 I was keeping up with the advanced moves. You…

Hi Everyone, I am going to start tomorrow...have now had two false starts but I REALLY want to do the whole 30 days. I did 15 last time (before life got in the way) and the results were CRAZY! Jillian is evil but brilliant at her job. I am already dreading those planks in L2 but the results speak for themselves. Bring on…

YAY!!!! I just re-started the 30DS today. I got to day 15 last time but had to miss a week due to study and work. So after a week off I am going back to level 1. Can't wait to see the results when I get the whole way through. Hard work but soooo worth it! Good luck everyone!!!

If you go onto Youtube there is a Tracy Anderson Treadmill Routine. It has two parts, a warm up and the workout. It is her take on dance cardio but on the treadmill. It might look silly but it is great to break up the daily grind on the treadmill. I downloaded the video onto my phone and take it with me. I do the warm up…

Hi, if you have a smart phone you can download a free app called HIIT at the android market. Once its on your phone, you just type in the timing you want when completing the intervals and the number of rounds you want to complete. Hit "Go!" and your off. The app counts down each 'work' and 'rest' period so you know when to…
