  • When we went, I took string cheese, crackers, carrot sticks to nibble so I didn't go crazy. It IS Disney, so treat yourself, however, save where you can! They also sell apples/other fruits so you don't have to carry those. We actually got a turkey leg at one place (Epcot) I think. Tons of protein and yummy! Have a blast!
  • Champion Nutrition Whey Stack - Cocoa Mochachinno! YUM
  • Done! This was quite an accomplishment for me!
  • That is so hard! I have several things that I do that have been working for me. Take a walk Go play words with friends Drink a diet coke, this works the best for me. Gives my tastebuds something to ponder over. Only allow myself one a day. Think about and visualize where I'm heading and the new me :-) Hope something clicks…
  • This was just what I was looking for! Thank you all. I can feel there is a runner inside of me just waiting to bloom! Going to go try again now, looking straight forward ;-)
  • Thanks! I've got to try that first I guess. I'll definately friend you, thanks! Any encouragement is much appreciated!
  • Count me in! My first challenge!
  • Thank you for sharing! You are a real motivation!
  • Totally understand where you are coming from and enjoying all of the awesome support you have recieved here! I think part of my problem is that I don't really, truly believe I will do it. When I remember to believe I can do it, I do much better and feel so much more in control and my mood improves as well as all my…
  • Wow! WOW! WOW! You look amazing and are truly an inspiration. Thank you for sharing!
  • That is exactly right! We only cheat ourselves. I've been keeping track 98% accurately for the first time ever and find that it helps me stay aware of what I'm doing. Before it was like I was blind to what I was eating as if it didnt matter. Now I have to track, have to see it and have to acknowledge what I do. No…
  • You know when you are learning to ride a bike, how you fell down? You didn't give up! You got up and brushed yourself off, (MAYBE CRIED A LIITLE) and then got back up and started again! We are the same. We have a bad day, forgive ourselves, quit crying and get on with it! You can do it! Just think how good you are going to…
  • I also had a bypass. Not regretting it for a second, however I started falling back into old habits again too. Working on finding my way again, and looking for friends to support, and be supportive too! Please feel free to add me as a friend. We've done this once, we will do it again! Maybe even learn a better way this…
  • I am four and a half years out. Other than gaining again, I'm doing great. I do take my vitamins, I sure know how important that is. Plus drinking! Most times I don't even feel like I've had the bypass. Thank you for friending me, we can support each other on our journeys!
  • Feel free to add me clf1960. I am bound and determined to do this now. I'm very focused. That is awesome that you are going on a cruise! Where to? My husband and I went on our first a couple years ago. I cannot wait to go again! I LOVED being thinner and enjoyed it much more than I would have heavy. It is like being…
  • Hi, my name is Debbie and I had my surgery about 4 1/2 years ago. I've let myself gain back about 40 pounds and it feels terrible to know you've gone through this only to fail (again). I've done a lot of mind work in the last month and I know part of my problem was that I never really believed I would get thin. Of course…
