I'm 120 pounds and in pretty good shape so I rarely took breaks and I only burned between 300 and 400 calories for the second month. I was expecting more too but I figure my hrm is pretty accurate

Insanity - max conditioning cardio and cardio abs Ran 6 miles. It felt great! I don't know why but I had a ton of energy today :)
