I generally marinate it in a garlic sauce, make a boat of aluminum foil and place in the oven for about 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon.) Then (and I know this isn't very good for you!) I dip it in A1 Steak Sauce. It's my little cheat :)

When I was a child, the lead singer of Air Supply. Matt Damon - New Years Eve back in I believe 2001. (more like I RAN into him, literally ;/ ) Aside from that, only famous tattoo artists.

I was just diagnosed with fibro about six months ago, and since then I can't seem to get my workouts right! Always in pain afterwards. Thanks for being a good inspiration!

I live here in Vegas - and I'm from South Florida, another big vacation spot. I would recommend just taking about two days to check out not only the strip, but also to check out downtown Vegas (the Fremont Street Experience). Great food there, an awesome Irish Pub, and people dressed up in the craziest of costumes. Hash…

Too big? No, not at all! You go and enjoy your Vegas spa trip. I have to say, I live here and I wish I could give recommendations, but I generally try to stay away from the strip :(

Why all of the hate? If someone wants to reward themselves for completing a goal, isn't that their own choice? Wowzers.

I'm very sorry for your loss, it's a horrible thing. I lost my sister back in 2010. Tried to wake her up - and she wouldn't. I gained a LOT of weight. It's hard to WANT to work out, and diet, because nothing feels worth it. Trust me, I've been there. What I found was that jumping back into the swing of things was what I…

I used to always feel the same way - especially after I was dumped by my then boyfriend, for my then best friend (just a few months after my sister had passed.) I was at the point thinking, well what the friggin' a.. Since then I've fluctuated ON and OFF with my weight, quite annoyingly. Honestly, there's only two reason's…

I have the Insanity disks sitting away in my closet. Sometimes I pull them out if I want a very good workout, but frankly I just don't think i'm fit enough for them! I tried to do it, and since I do have knee pain, it made it worse. My tip would be that if you feel like you need to stop, stop, and take a rest.

I would also recommend seeing a doctor - that way they are able to tell you exactly what is wrong, and what exercises may or may not make the problem worse. For example, I have knee pain all of the time - because my right leg is bowed too much. However, in order to have less pain i'm recommended to work out, and do…

I am the same age, only about two inches taller, and about the same weight. I've learned that there are many other factors with weight loss than just calories and exercise. What is her lifestyle like? What kind of job does she have? Is she stressed out?

Are you enjoying it? Where'd you move from? I moved from Fort Lauderdale. Big change!

I'm married to a tattoo artist, and have quite a few myself. I know you'd love a bath, but wait two weeks for the tattoo to heal. You don't want to suffocate it by cutting off the oxygen it needs to heal. To heal faster, use a non-scented dye free lotion on the tattoo whenever it feels tight (just a thin layer.) Good luck!

Hello there! I am a 20 something :) Been on here for quite some time, hoping to finally lose the weight I need due to a compressed nerve from my back (due to weight.) Also have Fibro so working out can sometimes be hard! Feel free to add me :)

You got engaged on my birthday! Congrats! I'm getting married soon, and i'm looking to lose weight for it! Good luck!

My favorite most polite insult I get all of the time is, "You are such a curvy woman."

Hah! No .. definitely not 14 lol

It's just the wrist! Coloring works best in areas that aren't stretched a lot.

she still tries to do this, but her feet hit my boobs.

I remember when my bunny was that small. :( Now I think only her foot could fit in my pocket.
-
Never heard that before. However, since i'm literally around tattoos everyday (my fiance is a 14 year tattoo artist), I will tell you that getting something like that with so many colors on your wrist can either go good or bad. Your wrist is a very strange area, and the colors sometimes don't stick because of the way it…

Considering i'm marrying a tattoo artist, I can't say I think they're 'cliche'. What's cliche is if you bring in a picture of something that you found online that EVERYONE HAS, and have them do that EXACT tattoo. I mean, saying tattoos are cliche these days is about the same as saying wearing clothes are cliche. Everyone's…

If it's something you need to talk about, then that's fine. I have PTSD (and I generally don't like to admit it), from finding my sister dead two years ago. It's a very traumatic thing that happened to me, and I can't go one day without thinking about it. But sometimes you have to work on your mental strength to try to get…

Well, I am also 22 years old trying to lose weight. I don't care too much about pounds, i'm more concerned about inches (I have a very strange shaped body.)
