Nope, not gassy. Literally just throughout the day, my stomach will just become extremely bloated.

I have always carried my weight on my stomach, and have constantly been asked 'when i'm due'. Definitely look like i'm more than a month along. I've learned from years of trying to spot reduce that it DOES NOT WORK. Eating right, exercise. Eventually mine should go away (I hope.)

All of it!

I used to enjoy my coffee extra light, and extra sweet (that's what I'd tell them at Dunkin Donuts.) But I realized the sugar thing was getting pretty out of hand, so I stopped it completely and haven't used it in about a year and a half. Now, I drink it one two ways. First thing in the morning I have my coffee with some…

I'm aiming for less of a goal weight and more of a waist size. This is about 80% for health reasons, and a selfish 20% because I want to look good.

I feel your pain. I work a full time job, own a tattoo shop (which is essentially another full time job), and go to school full time. It's just about finding that time in your day and squeezing it in. I'm lucky that my job has a gym in the basement, so right after work I get in my workout, head to the tattoo shop, and then…

My biggest challenge is my schedule. I work full time (8-5), and own a tattoo shop with my husband, as well as go to school full time online. So after work, i'm at the shop until 9, then homework until I go to sleep. It is SO easy to just say, "hey, lets go get a burger", because at that point, i'm tired and lazy.

I've just begun doing some circuit training this week. 5 different exercises for 1 minute each that each utilize a different part of the body, and then a 1 minute break. You can repeat as many times as you want. Yesterday I did shoulder presses, sumo squats, one dumb-bell arm swings, kickbacks, and ran. Really gets your…

Hi there, my name is Danielle. I'm here to lose weight and be healthier! I have some nerve issues in my back, and was told by my neurologist that it would be best if I could lose some 'tummy weight', since it was pulling on my spine. I'd also like to look a little 'sexier' for my husband! Current weight: 183 Challenge goal…

This sounds like a 'diet doctor', that generally just makes money off of things like this. Were you required to pay a substantial amount to see him/her? Did insurance cover it? Those are generally signs that they aren't actual doctors.

If I wasn't married, sure.

A bad day was yesterday when I decided that I NEEDED the quarter pounder meal at McDonalds with a Sprite.

No, it's saying you've logged on consecutively for one day.

Ultrasound Cativation is a much better way to go, but frankly it's too complicated for me to explain this early in the morning. I have a friend that does it, and the results are really good. My husband had it done, for free, so that we could test it and I could definitely tell a difference. Don't expect though that you can…

I've learned for me, the best thing to do is just count calories. Have a deficit. If I do 'diet plans', or Weight Watchers, then once lose the weight, I feel like i'd gain it back! Feel free to add me though! It's always good having supportive friends :)

It's hard to start - it really is, but when you do it's worth it. My 'rally cry', I guess, was my health. I carry my weight on my midsection which poses multiple health problems. First, my weight pulled at my spine, causing nerve issues in my right leg, and my arms. Second, I have a history of heart problems and diabetes…
